A Construction Company engaged in construction of Storage Tanks & Pipeline (EPC Project) require RCM & Senior Civil Engineer for immediate joining at their ongoing project site Mathura Refinery.
1. RESIDENT CONSTRUCTION MANAGER or RESIDENT SITE INCHARGE:
Degree in Engineering with minimum 25 years' Relevant experience in construction, Oil & Gas industry.
Role & responsibilities:
Project Execution & Site Management
- In-charge of all site activities.
- Direct execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure project progress as per approved schedule and bar chart from Head Office.
- Daily planning and monitoring of site activities.
- Ensure work starts on time for both day and night shifts.
- Prepare recovery plans in case of delays and ensure timely completion.
Client & Coordination
- Liaise independently with client representatives.
- Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) Bills to client (copy to Head office).
- Follow up with client for certification and payment of bills.
Reporting & Documentation
- Submit Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress reports to Head office.
- Submit Weekly cash reports and Monthly cash indent.
- Provide daily & weekly stock reports of consumables.
Resource & Asset Management
- Control labor, subcontractors, and site workforce.
- Safeguard company plant, machinery, and consumables.
Quality & Safety
- Ensure work quality as per relevant codes and specifications.
- Robust knowledge of: a) ASME Standards b) API Standards (Storage Tanks) c) Relevant Indian Standards for Civil & Structural Works in Oil & Gas
Preferred candidate profile Project Manager:
Resident Construction Manager / Resident Site Incharge
Qualification Degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical preferred)
Minimum 25 years of relevant construction experience
Mandatory experience in
Above Ground Vertical Storage Tanks
Cross-country / refinery / oil & gas Pipelines o Refinery / Oil Storage Tank EPC Projects

Salary Range: INR 80,000 To 1,20,000 Monthly
2. Senior Civil Engineer: Degree in Civil Engineering with minimum
10 years' Relevant experience in construction
Role & responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ and project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and vendors.
- Check quality, quantity and workmanship of civil works.
- Review drawings, BOQ, measurements and material requirements.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and site documentation.
- Handle site-level technical issues and provide suitable solutions.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements and quantities.
- Coordinate material planning and procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Lead and guide junior engineers and site staff.
Preferred candidate profile Qualification Degree in Civil Engineering
