- Validate Memory RAS features including ECC, Chipkill, Symbol-based ECC, Patrol Scrub, Demand Scrub, Memory Mirroring, Sparing, and Poison Handling.

- Develop and execute comprehensive validation plans for DDR4/DDR5 memory subsystems.

- Perform fault injection and error recovery testing using platform-specific RAS tools.

- Validate MCA/MCE error reporting, error logging, and telemetry mechanisms.

- Debug memory-related failures across silicon, BIOS, firmware, BMC, and OS layers.

- Analyze machine check exceptions, crash dumps, and hardware logs to identify root causes.

- Validate memory reliability, availability, and serviceability features under stress and real-world workloads.

- Collaborate with architecture, design, BIOS, firmware, and validation teams to resolve defects.

- Automate validation workflows using Python, Shell scripting, or other automation frameworks.

- Generate validation reports and drive issue tracking through closure.

Required Technical Skills





- Solid understanding of DDR4/DDR5 memory architecture and server platforms.

- Hands-on experience with Memory RAS features and server validation.

- Knowledge of ECC, Chipkill, MCA/MCE, Memory Scrubbing, Mirroring, Sparing, and Error Injection.

- Experience with BIOS/UEFI validation and firmware debugging.

- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and kernel logs.

- Strong debugging skills using tools such as crash dumps, trace logs, and system diagnostics.

- Experience with Python or Shell scripting for automation.

- Understanding of x86 server architecture (AMD EPYC and/or Intel Xeon platforms).
