We are looking for a

Quick Commerce Specialist to lead Cosmos Sports' entry into the Q-Commerce space. The role will be responsible for platform onboarding, assortment, pricing, inventory, promotions and driving sales across quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead onboarding and operations across

Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart and other relevant platforms

.

- Identify and manage the right

SKUs, pricing, assortment and promotions

.

- Coordinate with Stores, SCM and Warehouse to ensure stock availability and quick fulfilment

.

- Monitor sales, AOV, margins, stock-outs, cancellations and platform performance.

- Analyse customer and competitor trends and recommend growth opportunities.

- Manage platform relationships and resolve operational issues.





- Prepare regular sales and performance MIS

.

- Support development of Q-Commerce SOPs and processes.

Requirments:

- 2–5 years' experience in Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, Marketplace or Online Retail.

- Experience with Q-Commerce platforms preferred.

- Robust knowledge of

Excel/MIS, inventory, pricing and online sales

.

- Commercially driven with strong analytical and coordination skills.

- Experience in sports, fitness, footwear, fashion or retail will be an advantage.

Key KPI:

Q-Commerce sales, margin, order growth, AOV, SKU availability, fulfilment and platform performance.
