Role Description The Quantum Sensing role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vijaywada. The individual in this role will lead,design, develop, and characterize quantum sensing devices and experimental setups aligned with the company’s quantum hardware roadmap.

Responsibilities include conducting laboratory experiments, analyzing measurement data, and optimizing device performance and signal fidelity. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate sensing modules with broader quantum systems, documenting methodologies and results, and contributing to technical reports and publications. The position also includes maintaining lab equipment, following safety protocols, and staying current with advances in quantum sensing and related technologies.





Qualifications

- Robust foundation in quantum physics, condensed matter physics, or related fields, with the ability to apply core concepts to quantum sensing problems.
- Hands-on experience with experimental physics or hardware development, including work with cryogenic systems, optics, RF electronics, or precision instrumentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis and scientific computing using tools such as Python, MATLAB, or similar environments, and familiarity with signal processing techniques.
- Ability to design, build, and troubleshoot laboratory setups, including wiring, alignment, calibration, and systematic testing of experimental apparatus.
- Clear technical communication skills for preparing documentation, experimental logs, and reports, and for collaborating effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Master’s or PhD in Quantum Sensing,Physics,, Applied Physics, with hands on experience on Quantum Sensing Experiments; exceptional candidates with a strong experimental background at the bachelor’s level may also be considered.
- Demonstrated interest in quantum sensing systems;
- Ability to work independently in a research-oriented environment, manage multiple experiments or projects, and adapt to evolving technical requirements in a startup setting.
