To support factory operations by managing material inputs, monitoring daily production, coordinating client visits, handling incoming parcels/couriers, and assisting management with smooth internal and external communications.

Role & responsibilities

Client & Visitor Coordination

- Receive clients, vendors, and visitors at the factory.
- Explain ITPs product range, capabilities, and ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with higher and middle management for follow-ups and feedback.

Production Monitoring & Reporting

- Track day-to-day production status across workstations/lines.
- Maintain daily/weekly production statistics (output, downtime, rework, etc.).
- Monitor staff activities and ensure adherence to production schedules and safety norms.
- Prepare easy MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.

Material & Inventory Support

- Monitor material inputs to production (raw materials, consumables, components).
- Coordinate with store/procurement for timely availability of materials.
- Record material receipts, issues, and balances as required.
- Highlight shortages, damages, or quality issues to concerned heads.

Logistics & Couriers





- Receive and log all incoming parcels, couriers, and porter deliveries.
- Ensure proper handover to respective departments/individuals.
- Maintain a basic inward register/log for tracking.

Administrative & Communication Support

- Support heads and management in soft communications (internal coordination, follow-ups, reminders).
- Assist in preparing basic documents, emails, and messages as needed.
- Act as a point of contact between factory floor, office, and external stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Production/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing/factory operations and material handling is preferred.
- Familiarity with MS Excel
- Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Telugu).
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate records.
- Basic numerical and analytical ability for production and material data.
- Team player with a service-oriented approach.
- 14 years of experience for an executive-level QS focused on factory support.
