- Quality Inspector

- Manufacturing Quality Inspector

- Inspect automotive parts on the shop floor as per drawings and control plans.

- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure product quality.

- Measure component dimensions using Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges.

- Identify visual defects, dimensional issues, and other quality problems.

- Segregate OK / Not OK parts appropriately.

- Ensure only approved quality parts move to the next production stage or dispatch.

- Fill and maintain inspection reports and quality records.

- Follow prescribed quality standards, work instructions, and safety procedures.

- Coordinate with the Production and Quality teams to address defects and quality issues.

- Maintain proper discipline and cleanliness on the shop floor.

Qualification





Job Requirements

- ITI.

- Diploma.

- 12th Pass.

Experience

- Freshers can apply.

- 0–2 years of experience.

Mandatory Skill

- Must know how to use Vernier, Micrometer, and Gauges.

- Basic measurement and mathematics knowledge.

Required Skills

- Valuable attention to detail.

- Basic measurement skills.

- Responsible and disciplined approach.

- Comfortable working on the shop floor.

- Willingness to work in rotational and night shifts.
