KRA

1. QMS Implementation Establish, implement and maintain the Quality Management System as per IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.
2. Internal Audits – Plan and conduct system, process and product audits and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
3. Customer Audits – Coordinate and effectively manage customer and certification audits.
4. Document Control – Ensure proper control, revision and availability of all QMS documents, procedures, formats and records.
5. CAPA Management – Monitor corrective and preventive actions and ensure effective implementation and closure.
6. Quality Objectives & KPIs – Define,



monitor and review QMS objectives, quality KPIs and improvement plans.
7. Risk Management – Ensure effective implementation of risk assessment, PFMEA, Control Plan and process-based risk management.
8. Continual Improvement – Drive continuous improvement, process effectiveness and reduction of quality-related losses.
9. Management Review – Prepare QMS performance reports and conduct Management Review Meetings with top management.
10. Team & Training – Lead the QMS team and ensure employees are trained on QMS procedures, quality standards, audits and applicable requirements.

Key Skills: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, 8D, RCA, CAPA, Internal Auditor, Customer Audit Handling, Risk Management, Document Control and solid team-management skills.
