Job Role

- Quality Inspector

- Perform quality inspections of components manufactured through CNC / VMC machines.

- Inspect machined components to ensure they meet required quality standards and specifications.

- Conduct in-process and final inspections as per production requirements.

- Use appropriate measuring instruments and gauges for dimensional inspection.

- Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and report them to the concerned supervisor.

- Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.

- Coordinate with production and machine shop teams to resolve quality-related issues.

- Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

- Support continuous improvement and rejection reduction activities.

- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.

Qualification

Job Requirements

- ITI.

- DME (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering).





Experience

- Quality inspection experience is preferred.

- Candidates with relevant CNC / VMC machine shop exposure can apply.

Location Preference

- Candidates from Tamil Nadu only.

- Nearby candidates are preferred.

- 3 rotational shifts.
