1. Understanding overall process of production and set the process for continuous improvements.
2. Coordinate with the production team ensure quality of the activity & process.
3. Accountable for all internal and external complaints.
4. Maintaining a consolidated tracker/ MIS regarding all the internal & external complaints along with actions taken.
5. Maintain QA/QC workflow in line with All Audit standards.
6. Process optimization as and when required.
7. Auditing all the departments to ensure quality of work & maintaining 5S standards.
8. Train, Guide and support the QC team to meet the business needs
9. Continuous improvement (Kaizens) of the existing process
10. Accessing operators performance on a regular basis.
11. Following & maintaining 5S standards at all times
12. Coordinating & maintaining a valuable reputation with all the stakeholders
13. Teamwork & efficiency
