Position: Quality Engineer

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra

Experience: Required (Industrial Valve Manufacturing Sector)

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly dedicated, precise, and quality-conscious Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our industrial valves meet strict international engineering standards and client specifications through rigorous daily quality checks and managing end-to-end Third-Party Inspections (TPI).

Key Responsibilities

- Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Management: Coordinate, lead, and clear third-party inspections (e.g., TUV, DNV, BV, EIL, PDIL) smoothly and efficiently.
- Daily Quality Control: Conduct exact daily stage-wise inspections, including incoming material, in-process machining, assembly, and testing.
- Valve Testing Supervision: Oversee hydrostatic, pneumatic, shell, and seat leakage testing of industrial valves in accordance with API, ISO, and client specifications.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain test reports, Material Test Certificates (MTC), Inspection Test Plans (ITP),



Calibration records, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR).
- Zero-Defect Commitment: Maintain uncompromising quality control standards across all manufacturing processes to ensure 100% compliance.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Industry Experience: Proven background in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within the Industrial Valve Manufacturing industry.
- Technical Knowledge: NDT Level 2, Deep understanding of valve standards (API 600, API 6D, API 6A, ASME B16.34, etc.) and NDT procedures.
- Attributes: High attention to detail, exceptional precision, strong work ethic, and absolute commitment to quality guidelines.
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
