Role Description The Quality Control and NPD (Recent Product Development) Engineer is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves designing and implementing quality control procedures, inspecting incoming materials and finished products, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.

The engineer collaborates closely with production and design teams to support new product development, including prototype testing, validation, and documentation of specifications. Daily responsibilities include analyzing test data, identifying root causes of defects, recommending corrective actions,



and updating quality records and reports. The role also requires continuous improvement of quality management processes and effective communication with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Quality Control and Quality Assurance, with experience in inspection, testing, and process validation.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for data interpretation, root cause analysis, and problem-solving in manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of Quality Management principles, systems, and standards relevant to electronics or power products.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and preparing explicit technical reports.
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience in new product development, particularly in power electronics (adapters, chargers, converters), is an advantage.
- Familiarity with industry testing equipment, documentation practices, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO, 5S, Kaizen) is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida and manage multiple projects and priorities with attention to detail.
