- Position: Quality Assurance / Quality Manager
- Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Management
- Role: Quality Assurance, QMS & Compliance

- Take overall responsibility for Quality Assurance, QMS implementation, compliance, and continual improvement.
- Monitor and control Incoming, In-Process, Final, and First-Off Inspection activities and maintain quality records.
- Analyze customer complaints, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and ensure effective closure.
- Liaise with customers regarding quality complaints, corrective actions, and technical issues.
- Monitor and control laboratory activities, including testing, inspection, analysis, equipment calibration, test methods, test records, and compliance with applicable specifications and standards.
- Implement SPC, Control Charts, and 7 QC Tools wherever applicable.
- Plan and conduct Internal, Process, and Product Audits and ensure effective closure of audit findings.
- Coordinate with Certification Bodies, Customers, and External Auditors.
- Review and approve Quality Manuals, Procedures, Work Instructions, and QMS documents.
- Allocate work to Quality Inspectors and monitor Visual Inspection, NDT/UT, and Eddy Current Testing activities.
- Monitor quality KPIs including rejection, rework, PPM, customer complaints, supplier performance, and audit findings.
- Ensure achievement of quality objectives, process performance, QMS effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.




- Provide senior-level quality leadership and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Purchase, Stores, and other departments.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

- Practical knowledge and hands-on exposure to:

- UTM

- Brinell Hardness Testing

- Rockwell Hardness Testing

- Spectrometer Testing

- Surface Roughness (Ra) Testing

- Vernier Caliper

- Micrometer

- Lobing Micrometer

- Height Gauge
- Robust knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Knowledge of SPC, Control Charts, and 7 QC Tools.
- Knowledge of RCA and CAPA processes.
- Ability to conduct Internal, Process, and Product Audits.
- Knowledge of inspection, testing, calibration, and quality documentation.
- Ability to monitor and improve quality performance through KPI analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of the QMS.
- Control and monitor all inspection and testing activities.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of quality and laboratory records.
- Investigate customer complaints and implement effective corrective actions.
- Monitor rejection, rework, PPM, supplier performance, and other quality KPIs.
- Ensure timely closure of internal and external audit findings.
- Supervise and guide Quality Inspectors.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, specifications, and customer requirements.
- Drive continual improvement and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
