Veg Frozen Foods Manufacturing Plant

We are hiring for the following positions to ensure the highest standards of quality and hygiene in our production processes. Our plant produces packaged drinking water, soda and frozen vegetarian products (paratha, samosa, and other veg items), so QA responsibilities will cover both product streams.

1. Shift Chemist

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze water parameters: pH, TDS, calcium, magnesium, and hardness.
- Chemical and physico-chemical quality control for all product streams: water, soda, and frozen veg processing (ingredients, dough/batter mixes, oil quality).
- Ensure hygienic conditions across the plant and enforce HACCP/ISO/food safety protocols.
- Perform in-process sampling and testing; recommend corrective actions for chemical or physico-chemical deviations.
- Monitor cleaning chemicals, sanitizer concentrations, and CIP (clean-in-place) processes.
- Maintain production and testing records and support regulatory compliance and audits.

Qualification:

- M.Sc.



(Chemistry / Food Science) or B.Tech (Food Technology)

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years in a relevant role

2. Microbiologist

Responsibilities:

- Conduct microbiological testing of packaged drinking water and frozen veg products (paratha, samosa, and other veg items).
- Perform tests including yeast & mold, total aerobic plate count, total coliforms, E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria (where applicable), and other relevant pathogens.
- Carry out environmental monitoring: equipment, production lines, surfaces, drains, and employee hygiene swabs.
- Support shelf-life testing, finished product release, and microbial risk assessments for frozen products.
- Assist in implementing and maintaining HACCP, GMP, and other food safety programs; initiate CAPA for microbial non-conformities.
- Maintain laboratory records and documentation for regulatory compliance and audits

Qualification:

- M.Sc. in Microbiology

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years in a relevant role
