About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Check professional to join our production team and ensure the highest standards of excellence in our ice cream manufacturing process.

You will take full ownership of product integrity, monitoring every stage from raw material intake to the final packaging phase.

This role is perfect for an experienced professional looking to leverage their technical expertise to drive operational efficiency and maintain premium product quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
- Inspect raw ingredients and finished ice cream batches for consistency, texture, and flavor profiles.
- Document daily quality reports and maintain meticulous records of all testing procedures.
- Calibrate testing equipment regularly to ensure accurate readings during the manufacturing cycle.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to identify and resolve any deviations from quality protocols.
- Enforce strict sanitation and hygiene guidelines across the entire facility.

Required Qualifications

- Required: Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Required: Deep understanding of HACCP and food safety management systems.
- Education A degree or diploma in Food Technology,



Dairy Science, or a related field.
- Analytical Skills Proven ability to interpret data and make informed decisions on the production floor.
- Communication Strong interpersonal skills to effectively train team members on quality standards.

Preferred Skills ISO Standards Familiarity with international quality management systems is highly valued.

Root Cause Analysis Essential for troubleshooting production inconsistencies efficiently.

Laboratory Testing Experience in conducting chemical or microbiological testing of dairy products.
