Working Days- 5 days + 2nd & 4th Saturday The Role-

As a Quality Assurance (Manual Tester), you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and usability of BotPenguin’s AI-powered products and platforms. You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and Customer Success teams to identify defects, validate requirements, and ensure a seamless user experience across web and mobile applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing AI product used by customers across the globe.

What you need for this role-

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in Manual Testing, Software Quality Assurance, or related roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience in preparing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
- Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and user acceptance testing.
- Experience testing web applications, mobile applications, and APIs.
- Familiarity with bug tracking and project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to analyze requirements and identify edge cases and potential risks.
- Basic understanding of databases and API testing tools will be an added advantage.

What you will be doing-

- Analyze business and product requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual testing of web, mobile,



and platform applications to ensure product quality.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to clarify requirements and improve product quality.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Validate bug fixes and ensure successful deployment of releases.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and QA review activities.
- Assist in improving QA processes, documentation, and testing standards.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Team to reproduce, investigate, and resolve customer-reported issues.
- Help the HR and Operations teams with product-related and technical quality validation whenever required.
- Perform any other responsibilities as deemed fit by the company based on business and product requirements.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
