- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track defects with explicit reproducible steps.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
- Validate requirements, detect gaps, and ensure deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for defects and collaborate with developers for timely fixes.
- Verify performance, reliability, compatibility, and security aspects of applications.
- Ensure CI/CD pipelines include automated tests and quality checkpoints.
- Maintain test documentation, reports, and metrics for release readiness.
- Review UI/UX for consistency, usability, and compliance with guidelines.
- Enforce QA standards, best practices, and continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
