Quality and Documentation Engineer – Valve & Flow Control Equipment

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality and Documentation Engineer with experience in valve and flow control equipment, product quality, and project documentation for Oil & Gas industry projects. The role involves preparing and controlling quality documents, coordinating inspections, and handling portal submissions for clients and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Handle quality documentation for valves and flow control equipment.

Prepare and review ITPs, QAPs, inspection reports, test certificates, and final documentation dossiers.

Coordinate with production, inspection, and project teams for document completeness and compliance.

Manage customer and third-party portal submissions for Oil & Gas projects.

Track document revisions, approvals, and submissions within deadlines.

Support product quality checks, traceability, and certification records.

Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted as per client requirements.

Required Skills

Good knowledge of valve and flow control equipment.

Experience in quality assurance and documentation.





Familiarity with Oil & Gas project documentation requirements.

Understanding of MTCs, inspection records, test certificates, and compliance documents.

Ability to manage portal-based submissions and document control.

Solid communication and coordination skills.

Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Production, or related field.

Experience in valve manufacturing, inspection, or project documentation.

Knowledge of international client documentation standards.

Experience with ERP or document control systems.

Work Profile

Maintain document traceability and timely submissions.

Support quality audits and project closing documentation.

Ensure smooth communication with customers, consultants, and third-party inspectors.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
