About the Role

We are looking for a QMS Engineer / Executive who can take ownership of our Quality Management System and ensure that quality is not just documented—but actually embedded into the way we work.

The role will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the QMS, ensuring compliance with applicable ISO standards, managing audits, driving corrective actions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality processes across the organisation.

What You’ll Do

QMS Management

- Implement, maintain and continuously improve the organisation’s Quality Management System.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable quality and customer-specific requirements.
- Maintain the QMS framework, processes, procedures and quality records.
- Drive awareness and adoption of QMS requirements across functions.

Audits & Compliance

- Plan, coordinate and support internal, customer and certification audits .
- Act as the key QMS coordinator during customer audits and ISO surveillance/recertification audits.
- Conduct internal audits and document findings, observations and areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely closure of audit observations and non-conformities.

CAPA & Continuous Improvement

- Drive the closure of Non-Conformities, Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CAPA) .
- Monitor corrective actions for both timely closure and effectiveness.




- Support root-cause analysis using structured quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D and PDCA .
- Identify opportunities to strengthen processes and improve overall QMS effectiveness.

Documentation & Control

- Prepare, review and maintain QMS documentation including:
- Policies and procedures
- SOPs
- Work instructions
- Formats and templates
- Quality records
- Ensure effective document control, revision management and availability of current documents.

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

- Support Management Review Meetings (MRM) , including preparation of reports, data and presentations.
- Track and report quality KPIs and QMS performance.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement and other functions to address compliance and process-related issues.
- Conduct employee awareness and training sessions on QMS, ISO requirements and relevant quality processes.

What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Quality Management Systems, preferably within EMS / Electronics Manufacturing .
- Hands-on experience managing customer audits and ISO certification/surveillance audits .
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
- Experience conducting internal audits and managing CAPA / non-conformities .
- Working knowledge of quality and problem-solving tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, PDCA and FMEA .
- Strong documentation and analytical skills.




- Valuable communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multiple functions.
- A practical, process-oriented approach with a strong eye for detail.

Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification will be an added advantage.
- Experience in an EMS / Electronics Manufacturing environment will be strongly preferred.
