Preferred: CNC / VMC / machining industry experience

KRA

1. QMS Implementation – Support implementation and maintenance of QMS as per IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements.
2. Internal Audit – Plan, coordinate and conduct system, process and product audits as per the audit schedule.
3. Document Control – Maintain QMS procedures, work instructions, formats, records and document revisions.
4. NC & CAPA – Identify non-conformities and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions within defined timelines.
5. Process Compliance – Monitor compliance with SOPs, Control Plans, PFMEA and applicable quality procedures.

Customer Complaint Support – Coordinate with concerned departments for RCA, 8D and timely closure of customer complaints.
7. Quality KPI Monitoring – Track rejection, rework, customer complaints, PPM and other QMS-related KPIs.
8. Audit Preparation – Support customer, certification and surveillance audits and ensure closure of audit observations.
9. Training & Awareness – Conduct/coordinate QMS awareness, procedure and quality-related training for employees.
10. Continuous Improvement – Identify system gaps and support improvement projects to strengthen process effectiveness and reduce quality issues.

Key Skills: IATF 16949, ISO 9001, Internal Auditing, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 8D, RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, document control and MS Excel.
