Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage quality control and assurance activities for raw materials, in-process products, packaging materials, and finished products.

- Review BMRs, quality documents, test reports, and monitor dispatch activities to ensure compliance.

- Handle customer complaints, root-cause analysis, CAPA, and corrective/preventive actions.

- Plan and oversee sampling and analysis of RM, PM, IP, and FP as per defined quality standards.

- Lead and coordinate ISO, RC Logo, and other quality audits, ensuring timely closure of observations and corrective actions.

- Develop and implement Quality Assurance Plans, supplier audits, SOPs, and CAPA systems.

- Prepare and maintain documentation for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, NABL 17025:2017, and GMP audits.

- Conduct training for QC/QA teams on quality protocols, SOPs,



safety, and compliance requirements.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, process optimization, and quality improvement projects.

- Manage calibration, troubleshooting, validation, and maintenance of laboratory instruments, including GC and HPLC.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, and other cross-functional teams for current product development and process improvement.

- Ensure adherence to applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.
