Core Responsibilities:
- Define, deploy, and monitor QMS processes across departments. Coordinate with teams to design and implement QMS procedures.
- Conduct training on ISO 9001/API Q1, product specifications, and customer standards to ensure compliance and quality assurance awareness.
- Maintain accurate QMS documentation (manuals, procedures, and records) to demonstrate compliance with ISO 9001/API standards.
- Manage the Quality Department, including budgeting, staffing decisions, and employee performance reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders (customers/suppliers) regarding quality issues or complaints.
- Analyze quality data to drive process enhancements, implement corrective actions, and promote a culture of quality.
- Prepare and present data/improvement recommendations during management review meetings.
- Ensure the organization meets all customer and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in an API environment is a significant advantage.
