EcoRatings is a GenAI solution for sustainability located in Delhi, India. Our "unified knowledge platform" is designed with a Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture to seamlessly unify and query large ESG data. We help businesses achieve sustainability and net-zero goals by meeting reporting compliances and audits, analyzing ESG risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure software quality and performance.
- Identify, document, and track bugs, ensuring thorough resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are met at all stages of development.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks and scripts.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionalities are not impacted by new changes.
- Monitor and report on test results, including any risks or issues that may affect the release timeline.
- Continuously improve the QA process,



adopting new tools and techniques to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Must have:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field. (Master’s is a plus)
- 2-4 years of experience as a QA engineer.
- Proficiency in manual testing and familiarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira or Bugzilla.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to write explicit and concise test cases and bug reports.
- Knowledge of SQL for database testing.

Good to have:

- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Familiarity with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
- Experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash for test automation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Understanding of security testing principles.
