Experience: 14+ years in QA and test engineering, including 45+ years in QA leadership or practice leadership

Education:: B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent;

•14+ years in software quality assurance and test engineering, with at least 45 years leading QA teams or a QA practice •Proven experience defining QA strategy, governance models, and quality metrics across multiple concurrent engagements

•Strong hands-on foundation in test automation frameworks, design patterns, maintainability, and code review capability •Depth in one or more automation stacks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium

•Experience with API testing (Postman, REST Assured or equivalent) and performance testing (JMeter, LoadRunner or equivalent) •Practical experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps or similar)

Track record of building and mentoring QA teams, including hiring, capability development, and succession planning •Strong client-facing communication skills able to present quality strategy and risk credibly to senior stakeholders •





Experience supporting pre-sales activity: QA solutioning, estimation, and proposal or RFP contributions. Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery models and shift-left quality practices. Ability to operate in a consulting workplace with shifting priorities and multiple stakeholders

Nice to Have: QA experience in the Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, or Billing domain. Exposure to enterprise platform testing across Salesforce, Conga, Oracle, or comparable ecosystems. Experience with integration and middleware testing (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar).

Experience building or piloting AI/GenAI-assisted testing capabilities (test generation, self-healing automation, intelligent test selection)

•Test data management, service virtualization, or contract testing experience •Cloud platform familiarity (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized test execution •Security or accessibility testing exposure

Certifications such as ISTQB Advanced, CSM, or SAFe •Prior experience in an IT services or consulting firm supporting global clients
