Key Responsibilities

- Inspect and monitor quality of commercial interior fit-out works at various stages of execution.

- Ensure workmanship complies with approved shop drawings, design specifications, BOQ, method statements, and quality standards.

- Conduct inspections for:

- Gypsum/partition works

- False ceiling

- Flooring and tiling

- Wall finishes and painting

- Carpentry and joinery

- Glass and aluminium works

- Doors and hardware

- Waterproofing

- Screed and plastering

- Civil modifications and masonry works

- Silicone/sealant and finishing works

- Check incoming materials against approved material submittals, samples, specifications, and approved makes.

- Raise and close Inspection Requests (IR/WIR) as per project procedures.

- Prepare and maintain QA/QC checklists, inspection reports, material inspection reports, and quality records.

- Identify defective or non-compliant work and coordinate corrective actions with site teams and subcontractors.

- Raise NCRs where required and follow up until proper closure.

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Designers, Consultants,



Architects, and subcontractors regarding quality-related issues.

- Verify dimensions, levels, alignment, plumb, surface finish, jointing, and overall workmanship.

- Conduct regular site quality inspections and prepare snag/punch lists.

- Monitor rectification of snags and ensure works are completed to the required quality standard.

- Ensure proper protection of completed finishes to avoid damage during subsequent activities.

- Review shop drawings and identify potential quality/constructability issues before execution.

- Ensure mock-ups and sample areas are completed and approved before bulk execution.

- Maintain project quality documentation and assist in preparation of handover and close-out documents.

- Participate in consultant/client inspections and quality audits.

- Support the project team in achieving zero-defect / right-first-time execution.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
