Role Description The Quality Analyst role at iDesign.Market is a full-time, in office position based in Hauz Khas.

The Quality

Analyst will be responsible for reviewing product features, workflows, and releases to ensure they meet defined quality standards and user requirements. Daily tasks include designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, documenting issues, and collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams to resolve problems and improve overall platform reliability. The role also involves monitoring quality metrics, supporting regression and performance testing, and contributing to process improvements in quality management. The successful candidate will help maintain a high-quality product experience for clients using the iDesign.Market platform.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Quality Assurance and Quality Control skills, including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Management capabilities, with experience in defining standards, processes,



and metrics for product quality.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying patterns, and diagnosing root causes of issues.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder updates.
- Familiarity with software testing tools, issue tracking systems, and QA methodologies is beneficial.
- Experience in SaaS platforms, workflow or project management tools, or the AEC industry is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, quality management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience
