We are looking for a Python Developer with around 2-7 years of hands-on experience to join a fast-growing product / service-based company. You'll work on real production applications, build scalable backend systems, collaborate with experienced engineers, and take ownership of development.
This role is ideal for developers who want strong learning, stability, and growth rather than just maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Python
- Build clean, reusable REST APIs and backend services
- Work with databases and design efficient data models and queries
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services
- Optimize application performance, security, and reliability
- Debug, test, and improve existing codebases
- Work closely with frontend, product, and engineering teams
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
You do not need expertise in everything strong Python fundamentals matter more than specific tools or frameworks.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of real-world Python development experience
- Strong understanding of Python programming fundamentals
- Experience building and working with backend applications and APIs
- Good understanding of databases and SQL
- Ability to build features independently with minimal supervision
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure
- Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or basic DevOps
- Experience working on live production systems
- Knowledge of Celery, Redis, microservices, or message queues
