Role Description The Python Developer role at AlphaHAQ is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. The person in this role will design, develop, and maintain back-end services and APIs using Python, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable applications that integrate with Salesforce and other systems. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and testable code, working with databases, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and participating in code reviews.

Developer will collaborate closely with product managers, data specialists, and other developers to implement recent features, optimize performance, and support integration of AI-driven insights.



The role also involves maintaining technical documentation and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices and tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills, with solid experience 4 to 5 yrs experience in Python.
- Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including building RESTful APIs and integrating services with external platforms.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills, such as software design, version control (e.g., Git), testing, and debugging.
- Candidates should possess Databases skills, including working with SQL or NoSQL databases, writing queries, and designing efficient data models.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Additional beneficial skills include experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), familiarity with Salesforce integrations, basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, and knowledge of agile development methodologies.
- Solid problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and the capacity to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment are highly valued.
