About the Company

Emarat Maritime is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented Mechanical Engineering Freshers to join our Procurement/ Technical Team as Trainee Purchase / Technical Officers. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in the maritime and shipping industry while gaining hands-on experience in Technical / vessel procurement, supply chain operations, vendor management, and logistics.

About the Role

Selected candidates will receive comprehensive on-the-job training in marine procurement , Technical and purchasing processes.

Immediate joiners will get early consideration.

Responsibilities

- Assist in processing purchase requisitions for vessels and shore operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and procurement requirements.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor documentation, and order trackers.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams regarding purchasing requirements.
- Support inventory planning and procurement documentation.
- Learn and adhere to procurement policies, procedures,



and compliance requirements.
- Assist in vendor communication and supplier performance monitoring.

Qualifications

- BE Mechanical / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (2024, 2025, or 2026 Pass-outs)

Required Skills

- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of engineering components and mechanical equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) will be an added advantage
- Candidate must be willing to work from Andheri, Mumbai

Preferred Skills

- Recent pass-outs only (2024 / 2025 / 2026)
