? Location: Dadar, Mumbai

? Experience: 8–12 Years

We’re looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to lead end-to-end procurement of Food & Fresh Produce and ensure smooth, timely, and cost-effective sourcing for our operations.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage procurement of fresh vegetables, fruits, dairy, groceries, spices, food products & kitchen essentials
- Develop and manage relationships with farmers, vendors, wholesalers & distributors
- Drive price & contract negotiations and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure timely procurement and prevent stock shortages
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate demand planning with stores, central kitchen & operations
- Ensure compliance with food quality and food safety standards
- Prepare Purchase MIS,



procurement reports & supplier performance analysis
- Drive continuous improvements across procurement processes

? What We’re Looking For

✔️ 8–12 years of procurement experience

✔️ Mandatory experience in Food & Fresh Produce sourcing

✔️ Solid expertise in vendor management, strategic sourcing & cost optimization

✔️ Good understanding of inventory planning & procurement operations

✔️ Experience in Hospitality, Restaurant, QSR, Food Manufacturing, FMCG or Retail preferred
