Hiring: Procurement Executive – Interior Fit-Out Projects
? Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in procurement for Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey, Architecture, or Interior Design projects and be capable of managing end-to-end purchasing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Purchase Head in procuring interior fit-out materials such as carpets, plywood, MDF, paint, tiles, hardware, electrical items, plumbing materials, glass, cement, sand, and related products.
- Source vendors and suppliers, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders (WOs).
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, and Finance teams to align procurement activities with project requirements.
- Prepare comparison statements and vendor analysis reports to support vendor selection.
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and inventory tracking.
- Monitor material availability and support project execution through efficient procurement planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey, Architecture, or Interior Projects is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and project requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Qualification
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Relevant experience in procurement/purchase for interior or fit-out projects.
