Location: Vatva - GIDC, Ahmedabad

Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

Triotex International Private Limited is looking for a practical and organised Purchase & Store Manager to control inward materials, stock movement, inventory accuracy and operational purchasing for apparel, uniforms and industrial workwear production.

Key responsibilities

- Receive and verify inward trims, accessories, packing materials, consumables and approved raw materials against purchase orders, delivery challans and authorised requirements.
- Check item codes, descriptions, quantities, colours, sizes, units and visible condition, then report shortages, excess quantities, damage or mismatches promptly.
- Complete GRNs, inward records and supporting documents accurately in ERPNext and maintain proper traceability.
- Manage stock transfers between stores, production sections, locations and authorised users, with timely transfer entries and acknowledgement records.
- Maintain accurate stock balances, bin locations,



lot or batch references, material issues, returns and transfer records.
- Coordinate BOM-wise material availability and issue trims and raw materials against approved production requirements.
- Review production and BOM requirements with merchandising, planning and production teams, then finalise required raw material quantities for approved procurement.
- Handle non-technical purchases such as packing materials, consumables, stationery, housekeeping items, general supplies and approved maintenance requirements.
- Obtain and compare quotations, coordinate vendor follow-ups, negotiate commercial terms and finalise purchases within authorised budgets and approval limits.
- Track minimum stock levels, shortages, pending deliveries, ageing stock, slow-moving items and reorder requirements.
- Conduct routine cycle counts and periodic physical stock audits, investigate variances and complete stock reconciliation with supporting records and approvals.
- Coordinate with merchandising, production, quality, accounts and suppliers to ensure material availability and avoid production delays.
- Maintain store organisation, material identification, FIFO practices, safety and housekeeping standards.

Candidate profile

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchase, stores, inventory or warehouse operations in a manufacturing workplace.
- Working knowledge of inward processes, GRNs, stock transfers, material issues and returns, physical verification and purchase documentation.
- Comfortable using ERP or inventory software. ERPNext Odoo / SAP experience will be preferred.
- Strong numerical accuracy, record-keeping, vendor coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with BOMs and coordinate raw material requirements without independently changing technical specifications.
- Apparel, textile, uniform, workwear or related manufacturing experience will be preferred.
