Role Description The Purchase Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire procurement process, from identifying requirements to ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. This on-site role, based in Rohini, includes sourcing and evaluating suppliers, requesting and comparing quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with company policies.

The Purchase

Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse and production teams, and maintain accurate purchasing records. The role also involves tracking supplier performance, resolving discrepancies in orders or invoices,



and collaborating with finance to ensure proper billing and payment. The position requires consistent on-site coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors to support smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

- Solid knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and purchasing best practices.
- Experience in negotiating prices, contracts, and payment terms while maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to analyze quotations, compare costs, and make data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple purchase requests simultaneously.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills for working with suppliers and internal teams.
- Prior experience in a purchasing, supply chain, or procurement role, preferably in a manufacturing or trading environment.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini and adapt to a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
