Purchase Manager

Location

: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and optimize purchasing processes.

- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with OEMs, distributors, and IT product vendors.

- Manage the entire procurement process, from requisition to purchase order issuance, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.

- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure cost-effective purchasing and maintain quality standards.

- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their purchasing needs and provide effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance metrics.

- Conduct regular audits of procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies related to IT infrastructure and procurement.

Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in purchase/procurement within the IT infrastructure or system integration industry.

- Strong knowledge of IT products, including servers, storage, networking security, and data center solutions.

- Proven experience in negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.

- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
