Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong data management, analytical, and inventory tracking skills. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating ERP developments, maintaining accurate inventory data, creating Excel dashboards, and delivering key operational reports to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Zoho & ERP Coordination: Collaborate with the Zoho team for system enhancements, updates, and new module implementations.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records within the ERP; monitor daily stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments.
- Data Reconciliation: Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate comprehensive MIS reports covering sales, purchases, stock aging, and inventory levels.
- Stock Movement Analysis:



Analyze stock trends to identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory, providing insights to reduce holding costs.
- Dashboard Maintenance: Design and maintain interactive MIS dashboards and custom reports using advanced Excel.
- Documentation & Process Optimization: Maintain systematic documentation for all inventory transactions and recommend process improvements to streamline reporting.

Key Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 1.5–3 years in an MIS, Inventory Control, or Data Analysis role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and hands-on experience with Zoho/ERP systems.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong numerical aptitude with high attention to detail in inventory tracking and report generation.
- Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with external vendors (Zoho) and internal teams

Pay: ₹10,872.30 - ₹37,151.12 per month
