Purchase Manager – Purchase & Procurement

Location: Jetalpur, Ahmedabad

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities, vendor relationships, negotiations, and timely sourcing of electrical, mechanical, automation, and engineering materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers/vendors.
- Obtain quotations, prepare comparisons, and negotiate commercial terms.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Projects, Design, and Accounts teams.
- Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, and reports.




- Develop vendors and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Purchase & Procurement.
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, automation, and industrial materials.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
