Position: Purchase Executive / Operations cum Purchase Executive

Location: Shivalik Vihar, Nayagaon

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1- 3 years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process purchase orders.

Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of materials.

Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery and quality.

Maintain purchase records, quotations, and related documentation.

Compare supplier quotations and ensure cost-effective procurement.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding purchase requirements.





Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in purchase/procurement.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of vendor management and purchasing processes.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Location: Shivalik Vihar, Nayagaon
