Role & responsibilities

- Purchase of API Raw materials, (Chemicals, Intermediates)

- Manage Procurement Cycles P2P Function.

- Responsible for procurement of API Direct Materials such as General Raw Materials, Chemicals, Solvents, intermediates, etc.

- Responsible for negotiations with external suppliers

- Responsible for procurement of materials at competitive prices and exploring cost saving options.

- Responsible for planning and ensuring deliveries of materials as per required schedules.

- Capable of communicating to external Vendors, seeking RFQs, preparation of Quotation Comparison Sheets, Price Negotiations, Creating and Issuing Purchase orders.

- Responsible for identification of recent or potential Vendors and Follow-up with Vendor Quality Team for Qualification of New vendor.

- Co-ordinate with internal stake holders like Warehouse, PPIC, Production, Finance, QC/QA, Commercial-Logistics etc.

- Capable to deal with Vendors with effective communication.
