– Purchase Executive Position: Purchase Executive Industry: Real Estate & Construction Location: Durgapura, Jaipur Experience: Minimum 2 Years Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹26,000 per month Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our real estate and construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery of materials as per project requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day purchase activities for construction and office requirements.

Receive and verify material indents from project/site teams. Source materials and identify reliable vendors and suppliers. Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors. Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per approved requirements. Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials at project sites. Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and material shortages.

Coordinate with the Store, Site, Accounts, and Project teams . Verify bills, invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.



Maintain proper purchase records and vendor documentation.

Monitor material rates and maintain updated vendor/rate lists. Ensure purchases are made within approved budgets and company policies. Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, pricing, and delivery.

Prepare regular purchase reports and pending order status reports.

Required

SkillsMinimum 2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement , preferably in Real Estate or Construction. Good knowledge of construction materials and building products . Strong vendor management and negotiation skills. Positive communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications . Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements simultaneously. Good follow-up and documentation skills. Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate with site teams.

Preferred

CandidateCandidates with prior experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or building-material procurement will be preferred.
