- Procure electronic components, equipment, and related materials as per company requirements.

- Manage the complete purchase and procurement process from quotation to material receipt.

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and required quality standards.

- Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor details, and purchase documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.

- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate purchase terms.

- Prepare and process purchase orders through ERP systems.

- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order status,



delivery schedules, and quality requirements.

- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid stock shortages.

- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and other purchase-related documents.

- Coordinate with Stores, Accounts, and Sales teams for smooth procurement operations.

- Track market trends, pricing fluctuations, and product availability.

- Ensure timely receipt of materials and resolve supplier-related issues.

- Generate procurement reports and maintain MIS records using Excel.
