Purchase Assistant

Location: Valappad, Thrissur Dist.

Manappuram Health Care Ltd (MAcare) is looking for a Purchase Assistant to support procurement and purchasing activities for our healthcare operations.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate qualification.
- 1–2 years of experience in a hospital, healthcare, or related sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare procurement processes.
- Good analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle purchase and procurement activities.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, and inventory-related documentation.
- Generate reports and maintain procurement data in Excel.
