We’re looking for a PR Executive who understands the media landscape, enjoys building robust journalist relationships, and knows how to turn a good story into meaningful visibility for brands.

Position: PR Executive

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 years

Employment: Full-Time | Day Shift

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday | Weekend availability as required

The Opportunity:-

As a PR Executive at Trivium PR, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day PR mandates, developing communication opportunities, driving media outreach, and working closely with clients and internal teams.

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership, think creatively, communicate confidently, and build relationships that create results.

What You’ll Do:-

- Develop and execute PR strategies and communication plans based on client objectives.
- Drive proactive media outreach and generate relevant coverage across print, digital, television, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and other key media stakeholders.
- Develop compelling media pitches, press releases, articles, thought-leadership pieces, blogs, speeches, and other communication content.
- Identify timely newsjacking, feature, interview, and thought-leadership opportunities for clients.




- Coordinate media interactions, press conferences, briefings, launches, and other PR initiatives.
- Monitor coverage, maintain media reports, and evaluate campaign outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, sponsorships, and brand visibility.
- Work closely with digital and content teams to create integrated communication opportunities.
- Stay on top of industry developments, media trends, and relevant news cycles to create proactive opportunities for clients.
- Manage day-to-day client communication and contribute strategic inputs to client mandates.
- Support and mentor junior team members where required.

What You Bring:-
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in Public Relations, preferably with a PR agency or media organization.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of PR strategy, media relations, pitching, and client servicing.
- Established media relationships across relevant publications and platforms.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to identify newsworthy angles and develop compelling pitches.
- Familiarity with digital PR, social media, and media monitoring platforms.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to work.
- Ability to work independently while taking ownership of deliverables and deadlines.
