Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Department: Public Relations / Marketing

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years

Location: SVN Hospital, Krishnagiri

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with patients, attendants, doctors, local organizations, and the community.
- Promote the hospital’s services, specialties, health packages, and medical facilities.
- Coordinate and organize medical camps, awareness programs, health check-up camps, and community outreach activities.
- Generate patient referrals through field visits and professional/community networking.
- Visit nearby companies, institutions, schools, organizations, and local communities for hospital promotion.
- Handle patient enquiries and provide information about hospital services professionally.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, referral sources, and local influencers.
- Support the hospital management in marketing and promotional activities.
- Collect feedback from patients and referral sources and communicate it to management.
- Maintain regular field-visit reports and activity records.
- Represent the hospital professionally at external meetings and events.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in PRO, hospital marketing, healthcare business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid networking and relationship-building ability.
- Good knowledge of the local area and healthcare market preferred.
- Ability to independently handle field work and medical camp coordination.
- Valid driving licence and ability to drive a car is mandatory.
- Married and local candidates preferred, as mentioned in the recruitment poster.
