Public Relations Officer (PRO) – Field Data Collection

We are hiring PROs for a field-based role focused on collecting live admission leads from events, activations, vendor locations, schools/tuition tie-ups, markets, societies, malls, and other high-footfall areas.

The candidate will engage with parents/students, collect accurate enquiry details, update leads in the CRM/tracker on the same day, and support on-ground marketing and event activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect live leads and enquiry data from field activities.
- Approach and engage parents/prospects at events and public locations.
- Collect and verify contact and admission-related details.
- Update data in CRM/forms on the same day.
- Conduct pamphlet/leaflet distribution drives.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and event teams.
- Achieve daily/weekly data collection and quality targets.




- Submit activity and source-wise reports.

Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers can apply.
- Experience in field sales, data collection, promotions, marketing, or admissions preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working outdoors and travelling locally.
- Basic smartphone/app/CRM knowledge.
- Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends and events.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
