Job Title: Public Relations Executive.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

The role encompasses Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Reputation Management, Content Development, Campaign Event Management, and Digital PR Analytics.

Responsibilities

- Media Relations: Build and maintain robust relationships with journalists, media houses, and industry influencers.

- Draft and distribute press releases, media notes, and company announcements.

- Coordinate media interviews, press conferences, and brand events.

- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular PR reports.

- Maintain and regularly update media databases across national, trade, regional, and vernacular media.

- Corporate Communications: Develop internal and external communication materials.

- Create compelling content for newsletters, company announcements, and leadership communications.

- Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the company's brand identity.

- Brand Reputation Management: Support initiatives to enhance brand visibility and corporate reputation.

- Monitor media mentions and respond to PR opportunities or reputational issues.

- Collaborate with internal teams to promote business achievements, partnerships, product launches, and company milestones.

- Content Development: Write articles, blogs, leadership quotes, case studies, and award nominations.

- Develop engaging content for LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

- Assist in preparing speeches,



presentations, and executive communication.

- Campaign Event Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns, product launches, media events, and industry conferences.

- Coordinate participation in exhibitions, webinars, and networking events.

- Manage vendor and agency relationships for PR initiatives.

- Digital PR Analytics: Track campaign performance, media reach, and brand sentiment.

- Prepare monthly reports on PR activities and campaign effectiveness.

- Identify opportunities to improve media visibility and audience engagement.

Requirements

- Experience working with regional and vernacular media networks across India.

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1+ years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.

- Experience in an AdTech, Digital Marketing, Media, or Technology company is preferred.
