Role Description The Psychologist role at One Health Assist is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The psychologist will conduct individual and family consultations, providing evidence-based counseling and mental health support aligned with the platform’s preventive and holistic care approach. Daily responsibilities include performing psychological assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical records, and collaborating with medical and wellness professionals to coordinate care.

The role involves educating clients on mental health, resilience, and lifestyle factors,



and contributing to wellness programs and initiatives that support overall emotional and psychological well-being. The psychologist will also participate in case discussions, quality improvement activities, and may support the creation of mental health content and tools for clients.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based practices in a preventive care setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Counseling, including individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and client engagement.
- Experience in Psychological Assessment, including administering, scoring, and interpreting standardized tools and clinical evaluations.
- Familiarity with Medicine and integrated care concepts, and ability to collaborate effectively with medical and wellness professionals.
- Master’s degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field from a recognized institution.
- Relevant licensure/registration as per local regulatory requirements, and adherence to professional ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in a diverse, multidisciplinary environment.
- Comfort with using digital tools and EMR systems; prior experience in telehealth or integrated health platforms is an advantage.
- Experience working with diverse age groups and family systems; fluency in English and local languages is beneficial.
