Job Role

- Property Sales Executive

- Responsible for generating leads and developing new business opportunities in the real estate sector.

- Interact with prospective customers and understand their property requirements.

- Explain available residential and commercial property projects to customers.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and prospective clients.

- Arrange and coordinate property visits and site visits.

- Assist customers throughout the property selection and sales process.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sales:

- Generate recent leads through various sales and marketing activities.

- Contact prospective customers and identify potential business opportunities.

- Explain property details, pricing, features, and available options.

- Convert qualified leads into successful sales.





- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management

- Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budgets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

- Provide timely information and assistance throughout the sales process.

Site Visits & Property Assistance

- Coordinate property and site visits for interested customers.

- Accompany customers during site visits when required.

- Address basic customer queries regarding properties.

- Coordinate with internal teams for further information and documentation.
