We’re Hiring | Property Partnerships Associate

Club Commercial is looking for a Property Partnerships Associate to help build and develop our commercial property pipeline.

This is a founding team opportunity for a driven skilled who enjoys working on the ground, building relationships with property owners and identifying opportunities that can become long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities• Identify furnished and underutilized commercial office spaces across selected micro-markets

- Research properties and identify relevant owners and decision-makers
- Initiate conversations with property owners and understand their requirements
- Evaluate and qualify properties based on location, condition, occupancy and commercial potential
- Coordinate property visits and owner meetings
- Maintain an accurate database of properties and property owners
- Build, manage and track the property pipeline
- Work closely with the founding team on qualified opportunities and partnership discussions

What We’re Looking For• 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales or business development
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and field-based work
- A consultative approach with the ability to understand requirements before presenting solutions
- Strong research,



organisation and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes
- Curiosity, initiative and a strong execution mindset
- Genuine interest in working in an early-stage environment

Commercial real estate experience is not mandatory. We value strong sales fundamentals, curiosity, relationship-building ability and the willingness to build opportunities from the ground up.
