Role Description The Property Manager – Bangalore is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including coordinating check-ins and check-outs, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and managing housekeeping and maintenance schedules.

The Property

Manager will inspect properties regularly, address guest requests and issues promptly, and ensure that each unit meets JadeCaps’ brand and safety standards.



This role includes collaborating with the central operations and revenue teams, maintaining accurate property records, and supporting local vendor relationships to enable smooth and efficient property management.

Qualifications

- Strong property and operations management skills, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-ground issue resolution.
- Customer service and hospitality skills with the ability to handle guest communication, feedback, and escalations professionally.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple properties, tasks, and priorities effectively.
- Basic technology proficiency, including use of mobile apps, dashboards, and communication tools for property and guest management.
- Knowledge of local regulations, safety standards, and best practices in property and facility management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, real estate, or a related field is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site across the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, or peak season demands as needed.
