- RFP Analysis: Review and dissect complex solicitation requirements, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.
- Content Creation: Write transparent, persuasive, and structured narrative sections that incorporate company win themes and differentiators.
- SME Collaboration: Interview clinical, operational, financial, and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex data into plain, compliant language.
- Editing & Compliance: Ensure all drafts meet strict page limits, brand standards, and regulatory requirements before color-team reviews.
- Content Management: Maintain and update standard response libraries, templates, and baseline content using tools like Qvidian or RFPIO.
