About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a premium villa/boutique resort property in Alibaug, Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hospitality, villa management, resort operations, or guest house management and should be comfortable handling both guest-facing responsibilities and overall property operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the villa/boutique resort.
- Ensure excellent guest experience, service standards, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, requests, complaints, and special arrangements.
- Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security, kitchen, and other support staff.
- Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters and daily work allocation.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and overall upkeep of the property.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, suppliers, and local service providers.
- Monitor inventory of housekeeping supplies, groceries, amenities, and other property requirements.
- Manage day-to-day purchases and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Handle basic administration, cash expenses, bills, and operational records.
- Conduct regular property inspections and immediately address maintenance issues.
- Coordinate food and beverage requirements for guests, where applicable.
- Ensure compliance with property SOPs, safety standards, and hygiene requirements.




- Support booking coordination and occupancy management.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of service issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with property owners and provide regular operational updates.
- Ensure the property is maintained to a high standard and is guest-ready at all times.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in hotel, resort, villa, homestay, guest house, or luxury property management.
- Candidates with experience in boutique resorts, villas, luxury homestays, or independent properties will be preferred.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and staff-management abilities.
- Ability to independently manage the complete property.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, guest service, and basic hospitality operations.
- Should be comfortable working in a live-in property management role.
- Local candidates from Alibaug/Mumbai/Navi Mumbai/Panvel/Raigad region may be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on hospitality professional who can independently manage the property, supervise staff, coordinate vendors, ensure excellent guest experiences, and take complete ownership of daily operations.
